Can I Return An Item(s)?

You can return an item for any of the following reasons:

  1. The delivered item(s) is damaged
  2. If you have changed your mind on an item
  3. The item(s) that has been delivered is incorrect

if any of the above reasons ring true, you have 14 days from recieveing the item(s) to return it.


You can return an item purchased from the store as long as each of the following criteria is met;

  • The item has remained in its original clear plastic packaging
  • Is unworn
  • Is unwashed
  • Has been purchased from the store within the last 14 days.

*All four points above must be met to return an item*


How To Return An Item(s)

Contact us via email: and include the following:

  1. Your order number (which would have been sent to your email address when you placed the order)
  2. What item(s) were delievered to your address (i.e. Black Cap)
  3. The postal address the item(s) were delivered to
  4. Reason for returning the item(s)

Please also include a photo of the condition of the item(s) prior to returning

We will then aim to respond within 24 hours with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.


Who Pays The Return Costs?

  • If the item was damaged in transit when delivered to you - we will cover the costs.
  • If the item that was delivered was not the item you ordered - we will cover the costs
  • If you change your mind on the item - you would pay the costs.


Do You Offer Exchanges On Items?

Unfotunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges on items across the store.


How Do I Get Refunded?

Once we recieve your returned item in a condition that is required, You will be eligible for a full refund if any of these circumstances apply:

  • The item that was delivered to you was not the item you ordered
  • The item you ordered was delivered damaged
  • Your item has not been delivered to you
  • We are unable to deliver your item
  • You have been wrongly charged for an item
  • You change your mind on an item before it was shipped, you notified us and we acknowledged it

We will always send the refund to the payment method used when you ordered your item(s).

Once we have recieved the returned item we will inspect the item and as long as the above criteria has been met we will aim to send you a full refund within 7 working days.

Currently we ship our products to UK mainland ONLY. (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Island)

All our deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail PLC (Company No. 08680755) (Royal Mail's Privacy Policy)

Standard Shipping - £1.95 (Delivered between 2-3 working days)
